I do not have panels available anymore. The panel files are attached but these are FrontPanelExpress (FPE) files not PCB gerbers. I suggest not sending them to FPE as is, there are various methods to reduce costs. I had these made locally using the DXF files. Unfortunately that company is no longer around. At least one DIYer has made a few PCB panels, check the NLC Builders Guild to see if any are left.
For now, just 20 of these in stock. If the demand is there I will get more. The price is for one PCB is USD50.
